Responsible for the appearance of the building exteriors, entryways, walkways, doors, and railings 5. Responsible for the inspection and/or maintenance of all property lighting (street poles, lollipop lights, breezeway lights, exit sign, and emergency lights). Should be inspected on a weekly basis. Notify resident manager when an outside vendor is needed to replace street lighting or any lighting above 12'. 6. Complete any special property projects assigned by the resident manager D. Resident Relations 1. Interact with residents in a professional and friendly manner 2. Comply with all state and federal Fair Housing Laws E. Staffing 1.
