This role involves working under the direction of store managers and occasionally your on-site supervisor to complete assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly, professionally, and efficiently. Our clients have requested a heightened level of service due to increased rodent activity, so all candidates must be comfortable working in environments that may require the cleanup of rodent droppings and other sanitation-related tasks. Primary Responsibilities: - Vacuuming carpets, floors, and under shelving units - Sweeping and dusting racks, displays, and hard-to-reach areas - Mopping floors and entryways - Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, etc.) - Emptying trash and recycling bins - Spot-cleaning signage, baseboards, or spills - Sanitizing areas with rodent droppings, including shelves and storage rooms - Following store-specific protocols as instructed by store management or your supervisor Work Environment: This job takes place in active retail spaces where store employees and customers are present, so professionalism and discretion are essential at all times. You will often be working in tight or high-traffic areas and must be respectful of the space and people around you. This position will be primarily on an M&R auto press, but manual press operators are also welcome. This position will also include catching shirts, offloading, and other general print shop duties as needed. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a production setting. We love our garage printers, but this position requires a top-tier level of attentional to detail. Our preferred Screen Printer will be energetic, organized, dependable and able to work independently. The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail. MUST be responsible, hard working, and have an exceptional attitude. REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 full years of experience as a production screen printer working with a Manual presses. Automatic press knowledge highly desirable. - Have a strong knowledge of the screen printing process. - Able to communicate and work well with others. - Possess an ability for critical attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work.
