The employee will need to follow department standard operating procedures, policies, as well as company guidelines, and will be actively involved with our Lu’au check-in process while greeting, assisting and directing guests as needed. • Greeting – Our greeter positions involve welcoming all guests; assisting as needed – such as directing guests on where to check-in, and/or directing guests to their assigned seats, or by simply being able to provide information, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service while sharing genuine Aloha Spirit. After training, the employee will be expected to work independently or side by side with other individuals to accomplish a successful check-in experience for our guests. Located in beautiful Waimea on the Big Island, we are expanding our operations and looking for passionate Freight Farmers to join our team. What You'll Do As a Freight Farmer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Freight Farm container farms. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in all stages of the growing process, from seeding to harvest. Your responsibilities will include: Planting and harvesting: Seeding, transplanting, and harvesting a variety of leafy greens, herbs, and other crops. Monitoring crop health: Regularly checking for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies. System maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of the hydroponic systems and equipment. Data logging: Recording important growing data, including pH, EC (electrical conductivity), and temperature. Packaging: Preparing and packaging fresh produce for delivery to our local partners and customers.
