Deep knowledge of Italian food, cocktails, wines, and coal-fired pizza – bonus points if you know your Italian varietals and classic cocktail recipes inside and out! Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing a memorable dining experience for every guest.
