Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries Uploading time sensitive documents into the system Daily client follow-up inbound and outbound calls Communication with headquarters with a variety of questions Handling incoming mail and packages Navigating thru the system of Life Manager, Life Conservation, Child Rider Conversion, End of Term Manager, Increasing Benefit Rider Report, Shareholder account manager, Recruit Tracker, License Manager, Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Client Inquiry, Life app/policy inquiry, Active Life Clients, Terminated Life Clients, Recognition Certificates, Special Reports, Competition Scoreboard Scheduling/Follow up with APPS & Examone on status and updates on client medical exams and obtaining medical records when necessary Contact/Follow up with Licensed Sales Representatives on status and updates on pending client applications, Life Manager & Life Conservation Daily Disposal of Sensitive Client Information via Shredder Perform other related support duties as requested
