Trucking Company looking for Yard Goat / Security Guard Position Overview: We are seeking a Yard Goat Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for safely moving containers in designated designated yard positions to ensure the smooth flow of operations. Responsibilities: - Operate yard goat to move Containers within our two yards and to dock doors when requested . - Inspect equipment before and after operation to ensure safety and compliance. - Communicate with warehouse and dispatch teams for container placement needs. - Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment in compliance with company policies. - Perform additional yard, or basic mechanic duties as assigned. Requirements: - Valid Class A CDL (preferred but not always required for yard-only work). - Previous experience as a Yard Goat, Hostler, or similar role. - Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission. - Strong attention to safety and detail. - Dependable and be punctual with a positive attitude.
