The rent is $1150 including utilities (internet/electric/water/trash) and there will be a $250 security deposit due upon move in. We also have multiple streaming services and the internet is Fiber so no buffering! Currently looking for someone to sign a 3ish month lease with the option to extend it it’s going well.
