$25 HEATED Garage/Shop Space Hourly & Daily Rental

I have two heated work areas available: 9'W x 7'H door into a 14'W x 25'D stall (2' of shelving at front limits usable length to 23') (Currently occupied by long term project) 16'W x 7'H door into a 24'W x 25'D stall (Available by appointment) Both have some perimeter shelving, tools, work tables, etc. that deduct on average 2' around the perimeter from the overall space. See attached layout photo for a visual of these measurements. I have some tools (or bring your own), creepers, good lighting, air tools and hoses, jacks and stands, torches, multi-process welder (mig, tig, stick, plasma cut), and more. There are other types of tools like sanders, saws, drills, sawhorses, clamps, shop vacs, etc. as well depending on your project. Many solvents and other typical sprays on hand like PB B'laster and WD-40, brake parts cleaner, electronics cleaner, brake fluid, etc to keep your project going efficiently. Available to rent by the hour (one hour min. charge) or full day if needed. Overnight, weekly, and monthly rates can be discussed depending on the project. Rate $25/hour (up to 5 hours) $150/day (after 5 hours, full day will be charged - saves you money) Extended terms can be negotiated If you're just looking to melt some ice and thaw your vehicle, we can discuss a price and you can arrange a drop off and I'll crank the heat for you. Lifted trucks will not fit in the 7' high door. This is currently limited to standard height trucks, SUVs, cars, and things like snowmobiles, four wheelers, dirtbikes, motorcycles, crafts, school projects, or other ideas.
