Musicians to the front of the line! Fractal Audio Systems is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in Plaistow, NH. This position is responsible for picking, packing, inspecting, and organizing inventory and returns. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday with some scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and move products accurately based on order specifications; may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items up to 50 lbs. Generate shipping documentation (invoices, shipping labels, BOLs, export paperwork). Update and maintain inventory system with precision and accuracy. Receive, inspect, and document customer returns, including condition reporting and data entry into the inventory management system. Use barcode scanners to receive inventory and fulfill orders. Maintain proper inventory of shipping and warehouse supplies. Perform quality checks on products to identify and report damage or defects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA safety guidelines. Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking and basic inventory checks. Cross-train to become familiar with other warehouse/production positions. Qualifications & Requirements: Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills required. Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Music experience (particularly guitar) preferred.
