Bowers Forest Products is a wood remanufacturing company looking to immediately hire an experienced shipping/ receiving inventory control specialist. This job requires experience with Cycle counts, shipping/ receiving duties, operating inventory software (DMSI, Agility program), computer skills, operating a forklift as well as knowledge, and understanding of wood products/ lumber manufacturing and terminology. The job requires the ability to work in a warehouse setting with fluctuations in temperatures, to multi-task, stand for long periods of time, lift up to 35 pounds with or without assistance and perform a variety of different jobs within the role. Providing excellent customer service and working well with a team is critical to the success of the position. Having a sense of urgency while maintaining all safety protocols is essential. Bi-lingual a plus. As is the desire to grow within the company. The ability to be a self-starter and critical thinking is valued as is the ability to effectively and positively take direction from supervisors as needed.
