Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader to oversee the daily operations of our eCommerce live goods processing line. This individual will ensure smooth workflow, efficient plant processing, and effective coordination across teams to meet production goals and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor production lines to ensure consistent product flow, efficiency, and quality. Supervise and guide team members to maintain productivity and adherence to established processes. Track and report equipment performance, identifying any maintenance issues and promptly notifying the maintenance department. Assist in warehouse management, supporting inventory flow, order accuracy, and staging operations. Serve as a liaison to 3PL partners and customers, providing real-time updates on operational issues or delays when needed. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the eCommerce fulfillment process. Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or production line leadership role preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Passion for plants or live goods industry experience is a bonus. Why Join United Nursery?
