You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for custom drone light show experiences across the United States. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing awe-inspiring experiences to life, we want to hear from you. ✅ Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new sales leads across event production, tourism, municipalities, and brand activations nationwide • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs • Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through contract execution • Collaborate with operations and creative teams to scope show feasibility and pricing • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance • Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive positioning • Support proposal development and contract negotiation 🛠️ Requirements • Must be based in Florida with ability to travel as needed • Proven experience in B2B or event-based sales, ideally in entertainment, tech, or experiential marketing • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in accessible terms • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools • Professional demeanor and comfort engaging with high-profile clients • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events • Passion for emerging technologies and live entertainment • Experience with drone shows, AV production, or event logistics is a plus • Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
