Customer Engagement & Lead Generation Proactively identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, referrals, or walk-ins. Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners to assess needs and provide estimates. Attend trade shows, local events, or community expos to generate new leads. 🔹 Product Knowledge & Consultation Demonstrate deep knowledge of home improvement services and products (e.g., roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, siding, etc.). Educate customers on product options, benefits, pricing, warranties, and installation processes. Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budget. 🔹 Sales & Closing Prepare and present customized quotes and contracts. Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 🔹 Project Coordination Work with design and installation teams to ensure accurate communication of customer requirements. Ensure all permits, measurements, and timelines are clearly communicated and scheduled. Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. 🔹 CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales in a CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
