Looking to hire an experienced telemarketer manger. We sell office phone systems. Our company generates leads through prospecting on the phone. Calling on businesses and seeing if they would be interested in upgrading to a new phone system. Most companies have older outdated phone systems, so by upgrading to a new phone system they could save money on their current cost of communications, and also get newer technology. We are looking for somebody that has experience managing a telemarketing team. Job Functions: -Interview & Hire new telemarketers to join our team -Help train new telemarketers -Monitor to make sure they are hitting their daily call quota -Look through their lead funnel The goal is to get them to book a demo for our Account Managers. For every demo they book you get a bonus.
