Busy, well-established mechanic shop in Long Island City is looking for a skilled and reliable mechanic to join our team. We take pride in high-quality, honest work and are looking for someone who can do the same. What We’re Looking For: • Strong hands-on experience with wheel alignment (Hunter or equivalent machines) • Broad mechanical knowledge — someone who can diagnose, repair, and service a range of makes and models • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team • Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills • ASE certification or equivalent experience a plus Key Responsibilities: • Perform precise 4-wheel alignments • Handle brake, suspension, and steering repairs • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues • Conduct maintenance services (oil changes, tune-ups, inspections, etc.) • Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold safety standards Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of shop experience • Alignment experience required • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Saturday We Offer: • Competitive pay (based on experience)
