What We’re Looking For -3+ years experience in residential or light commercial carpentry or handyman work. -Skilled in one or more of the following: -Tile setting (floors, showers, backsplashes) - Drywall repair, painting & finishing - Cabinet installation & trim carpentry - Solid surface fabrication / countertop installation - General home maintenance & repair Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required — you’ll be driving a company vehicle). High integrity, reliable, respectful, and takes pride in clean, professional workmanship. Able to lift 50 lbs, work independently or with a teammate, and maintain clear communication. What You’ll Do Perform repairs and installations in residential and light commercial properties around the Moses Lake area. Communicate clearly with clients and team leads. Keep your vehicle and tools clean and organized. Represent AllFix professionally on every job. Compensation -$25–$30/hr DOE -Monthly performance pay for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. -Overtime opportunities available.
