Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing daily operations of the satellite office. - Managing a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight. - Handling electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for boat lifts and marine systems. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations. - Contributing to business development and customer relations in the new market. Requirements: - Proven experience as a licensed electrician (journeyman or master level preferred). - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to manage a team and office independently. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Willingness to travel for initial training if needed.
