Plum Projects is a construction company with a full service in-house wood shop focusing on quality and high end remodels and commercial TI projects. Plum is seeking to add new members to the team. Our projects: custom residential new construction, additions and remodels, and commercial tenant improvement projects. Our aim is to do things right, provide great customer service, and have a great time. Job Summary: Experienced carpenters perform demolition, framing, casework install, and finish work and general site maintenance on our custom residential projects. This position will be 100% ‘bags on’, working with subcontractors, and fellow carpenters and apprentices on the Plum team. Requirements: Have tools and reliable transportation Punctuality Ability to follow direction Ability to communicate clearly Capable of quality workmanship Use time effectively Work well independently and as part of a team 2 years minimum experience Compensation: $25-$45/hr and up DOE, company paid health insurance, 401K.
