VanderLaan Home Improvement has been installing windows, siding, and roofing in West Michigan for over 80 years. We are currently looking for new window and siding installers for our team. The candidates for this job need to have a drivers license, good driving record, a vehicle to get to and from the base office, and basic hand tools. An ability to work in high areas is needed as well as the ability to use tools. A good friendly energy is also required as you will be the face of the company in a home. As an installer with our company you will be a steward of our company and products. We will provide a uniform to the candidates that are hired so that you represent us well in the field. A logoed company truck with the needed power tools and supplies for a job will be provided. We will need you to work with customers to be able to meet their needs and answer any questions. Company benefits are as follows: - Compensation will be based on experience in the field and a 90 day probationary period. - Vacation after a 90 day probationary period - 401K after one year of company service
