Job Duties: Oversee daily park operations and tenant relations Handle general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) Keep the property clean, safe, and running smoothly Assist with rent collection and basic computer/record-keeping tasks Requirements: Experience in property management and general construction/maintenance Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Must have a truck, construction tools, and a valid driver’s license Background check required Friendly, dependable, and able to work independently
