We are looking for an experienced landscape foreman. Must have ability to coordinate daily work, communicate with homeowners as well as help with landscape maintenance and installations. Ideal applicants will have landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently. Must have a clean, valid driver's license and ability to maneuver truck and enclosed trailer. Pre-screening required which involves verification of applicants driving records with our insurance company. English and Spanish speaking a plus. Position has growth potential as we work to build our book of work. Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead landscape crew members on residential job sites • Perform various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns • Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and vehicles • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management • Ensure safety standards and company procedures are always followed
