Overview *Do not apply if you have not installed before* We are seeking a skilled experienced and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction techniques and have experience with various tools and materials. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of our clients' spaces. Duties Install, repair, and replace windows and doors according to specifications and industry standards. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations safely and efficiently. Perform caulking to ensure proper sealing around windows and doors for energy efficiency. Read and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and carpenters, to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct remodeling tasks as needed, including cabinet installation and frame carpentry. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process. Qualifications Proven experience in window/door installation or related maintenance person work is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment necessary for installations. Strong skills in caulking, electrical work, frame carpentry, welding, and remodeling are highly desirable
