I am Rob and my wife is Elizabeth. After being laid off by two different hospital systems We made the decision to go into business for ourselves. We have now been running Seniors Helping Seniors® Shenango Valley (https://SeniorCareShenangovalley.com/) for 7 years. We are licensed (HCO#37543601 ) and building our Shenango Valley team! We are seeking more like-minded seniors who wish to join with us, share life experience with peers, help them maintain their independence as long as possible, and be blessed in the process. Are you a vibrant senior who wants to enable older seniors to stay in their homes and avoid institutionalization as long as possible - or perhaps provide respite for a family caregiver? Or, do you think you can understand and support someone in that position, offering respect and a helping hand? We are so very excited about how you would bring your own unique depth of life experience. We provide paid training and securing the required background checks. Working hours will be flexible, depending on your availability. We match you up with a compatible senior who needs your companionship and assistance. Duties will be non-medical and may include light housework or yardwork, meal preparation, medication reminders, driving to appointments, and in some cases assistance with the activities of daily living. We want someone like you ready to serve who has great customer service skills, a big heart, and a desire to have a positive impact on the life of another senior.
