Position: Financial Manager Department: Finance Reports to: CEO Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee the critical financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

This position consists of : Removing cans from slot machines, processing currency from slot machine cans and kiosks, processing table games paperwork, cleaning the interior and exterior of slot machines and other duties as assigned: • Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the counts and adhere to all Nevada Gaming Regulations • Opens slot cans to sort and count the currency inside using the currency counter • Opens pit boxes to sort and count the currency, fill/credit slips, and chips inside the cans using the currency counter • Bundles all currency according to denomination after being processed by the currency counter • Totals and balances the same against the currency counter totals and with the Cage Supervisor • Remits all tallied soft currency to the Cage and the necessary reports to Accounting.
