About the Role As a Lead Contents Technician, you’ll play a key role in restoring order after disaster. You’ll lead by example — packing, labeling, and protecting homeowners’ belongings with care, while managing the digital inventory and documentation that keeps each job on track. Responsibilities Lead and assist in packouts, inventories, and packbacks Safely handle, wrap, and move furniture, boxes, and personal belongings Create detailed photo documentation and digital inventories in CompanyCam, Jobber, and Google Sheets Coordinate with project managers, adjusters, and homeowners throughout each job Maintain organized job files and ensure all paperwork and uploads are completed daily Oversee loading/unloading of trucks and warehouse contents storage Qualifications Hands-on experience in packout, moving, or restoration preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs safely Tech-friendly — comfortable using a phone, tablet, or computer Reliable, positive attitude, and team-player mindset Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits $20–$25/hr plus bonuses, depending on experience Paid training and advancement opportunities Supportive, family-style company culture Career growth into Project Coordinator or Supervisor roles Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Experience: Moving: 1 year (Preferred) Project management: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Hayward, CA 94545 (Required)
