Carpentry Warehouse Supervisor (21512 Nordhoff St. Chatsworth CA 91311) Compensation: DOE Employment type: Full-time We are a custom millwork/cabinetry manufacturer company in Chatsworth in need of an experienced warehouse supervisor. Must have knowledge working with millwork cabinetry manufacturing. Job duties: - 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role strongly - Read Blueprints. - Estimating and purchasing materials. (possible pick up of materials) - Maintaining records and reports. - Plan, direct and inspect the work of the crew. - Ensuring compliance with blueprints, codes and safety standards. - Contribute to the Department's affirmative action objectives. - Must have own transportation. - Must have an active drivers licence. - Will be responsible for picking up materials if necessary. - Oversee daily warehouse employees and operations. - Must have a clear understanding of how to read and interpret shop drawing. - Good understanding and knowledge of materials such as Plywood ,composites, laminates and hardwoods.(will be responsible for ordering materials.) - Full time M-F 8 am to 5 pm. - Bilingual a PLUS Compensation: Depends on Experience Employment type: Full-time.
