Stratford Court Cafe is a neighborhood Breakfast/Lunch Cafe in a unique and beautiful outdoor setting just 2 blocks from the beach. Stratford has been in operation for over 20 years and is a downtown Del Mar landmark. We have a great culture, a great team, a loyal customer base, and we need a new leader at the helm. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing people, with great leadership skills, great attitude and work ethic, the "hospitality gene," and detail oriented. The Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations of the multiple stores we operate. This position requires previous training and experience within the restaurant and hospitality management field. As a Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously building a great team, growing the business, overseeing day to day operations, and maintaining a consistently high standard. This is a hands on, high energy position. At least 2/3’s of your time will be spent on the floor. Approximately 40-50 hours/week.
