





A prominent private social and dining club is currently seeking a qualified Line Cook for a PM schedule. Applicants must possess experience in high-end catering and a la carte service, preferably having at least 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen. Requirements and Expectations: At least 2-3 years’ experience in high-volume hot line • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line • Banquet experience A+ • Cooking and preparing all menu items following standards set by the Chef Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational skills & a positive attitude • Ability to take direction during service • Valid food handlers permit A+ Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. • Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. • Repetitive hand use and firm grasping is required.
