In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bread, working with the Bakery Managers, and actively contributing to the efficient operation of our busy bakery. Responsibilities: Bread Delivery: -Slicing, bagging, and labeling all breads for delivery and for distribution. -Working in tandem with bread bakers on time management to ensure bread is delivered to proper locations on expected timelines. -Working with the Bakery Manager to determine wholesale pars. -Delivering bread to the kitchen, cafe retail area, and wholesale accounts. Preparing and reconciling daily invoices for wholesale accounts. -Loading all bread into the delivery van and driving to each delivery location.
