We're looking for a dedicated Housekeeper who is eager to uphold our commitment to excellence and ensure the happiness of our guests through culinary delights. Immerse in the beauty of Alaska while delivering an experience our guests will reminisce for years to come. Position: Housekeeper Hours: 30-40hrs/Week. Schedule may vary each week, but hours will be between 7am – 4pm Schedule: 6-7 days a week, Seasonal (End of May – First Week of September) Salary Range: $15-$18 + tips Responsibilities • Wear gloves for all cleaning tasks • Manage laundry throughout the shift • Daily cleaning and vacuuming of common area • Ensure guest bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and an extra supply of toilet paper • Water outdoor plants and maintain the front porch and patio areas • Arrange deck furniture, tidy games areas, and empty ashtrays • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness across all lodge areas • Disinfect surfaces that guests frequently touch • Maintain a clean and organized cleaning caddy, restock as needed • Support the team to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift • Maintain a clean laundry room and organized linen closets. • Add items to the shopping list, as needed. • Maintaining the staff bathroom with the same level of care we expect for our guests, including restocking supplies and general tidiness. Additional Responsibilities • As a dedicated housekeeper, going the extra mile for guest satisfaction is part of the job. If tasks are completed ahead of schedule, we encourage you to assist fellow team members to ensure all responsibilities are met and exceeded. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of housekeeping experience • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent time management skills • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an incredible guest experience. • Passion for hospitality. • Detail oriented. We require drug testing, corporate orientation, first aid and CPR training. All our positions require the above duties/skills & qualifications but are not limited to those items listed.
