Chef- Ms Kim's is looking for the chef who is responsible for creating the overall Menu, Recipe, and daily setup. We are looking for Korean style of cuisine set up. Overall Job: * Follow food safety requirements and ensures that others do so by monitoring inventory and food prep. * Lead the kitchen staff to maintains the quality of all products that are served to our guests. * Understanding all the responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen and provide assistance as needed. * Train and motivate the kitchen staff together. * Communicate effectively in a fast-moving environment. * Must have a Food protection certificate * Create Menu that is suitable to our store.
