Server needed at Italian Gluten-Free restaurant Experienced server needed for Senza Gluten, an Italian Gluten-free restaurant in Greenwich Village. Our entire restaurant is completely gluten-free so familiarity with gluten-free food, celiac disease, and food allergies is strongly preferred. Our intimate restaurant in the heart of Greenwich Village is already becoming a favorite to locals and tourists seeking a delicious Italian meal minus the gluten. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant. Good communication skills and understanding of customer dietary requests are a must.
