You’ll prepare fresh pasta, sauces, and signature Italian dishes while maintaining the high standards of quality that define Sunday Gravy. Responsibilities: Execute dishes according to recipes and prep standards Cook and handle fresh pasta properly Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Assist with prep and setup for lunch and catering Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Support teammates and follow direction from the Chef.
