We are looking for a bartender to come join our restaurant group. It is important that this person is a high energy self-starter, a strong communicator and importantly always has a hospitality focused mindset when greeting and serving guests. Responsibilities include: * greeting customers, learning about their preferences, answering questions, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving beverages and food. * following recipes as designed on our menu * handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register. * maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment. Experience with tequila and frozen drinks is great but not a requirement. Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 35 lbs. Great intrapersonal skills are a must!
