Personal Assistant & Driver for a Creative Professional female Magician Part-Time | Entry level position | $18–$25/hr ($600-$1,500 per month) with opportunities to grow| Larchmont/Mid-Wilshire Area Hi there! I'm Katrina! I’m a Los Angeles–based magician and creative performer looking for a reliable, upbeat, and organized personal assistant/driver to help with driving, errands, household organization, and show preparation. This is an in-person position based near Larchmont / Mid-Wilshire, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and bringing calm to a fast-moving life. ⸻ ✨ What You’ll Do A mix of practical support, household help, and creative collaboration: 🚗 Driving & Errands • Drive me to shows and gigs (mainly Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays) • Run errands (mailing, returns, pickups/drop-offs, pharmacy, groceries, Target runs, etc.) • Handle shipping, packing, and deliveries • Keep my car stocked, clean, and refueled before shows • Occasionally help transport props or costumes 🏡 Household & Lifestyle Support • Light house cleaning (dishes, vacuuming, laundry, tidying) • Organize closets, workspace, and living areas • Manage mail, packages, and receipts • Water plants and care for home environment • Assist with light meal prep, snacks, and grocery shopping • Restock household essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, snacks, etc.) • Handle small home projects or coordinate with handymen and cleaners • Help with wardrobe steaming, packing, and organization 🎩 Creative & Work Assistance • Organize props, costumes, and supplies for shows • Assist with packing/unpacking after performances • Maintain inventory of magic items and show kits • Take behind-the-scenes photos or videos at rehearsals/events • Help organize travel bags and show-day materials • Prepare thank-you cards, post-show mailings, and gift deliveries • Occasionally assist with creative tasks (content organization, mood boards, brainstorming) • Help with basic admin tasks like printing, sorting receipts, or tracking event details 🧘‍♀️ General Support • Keep track of appointments, reminders, and daily to-dos • Ensure the workspace and home are calm and functional • Support a busy creative schedule with care, clarity, and humor On quieter weeks, tasks may include organizing storage, prepping travel kits, or helping with creative projects around the house. ⸻ 📅 Schedule & Pay • Part-time: 1–2 days per week (usually Friday–Saturday, sometimes Sunday) • Hours vary based on event schedule (afternoon through evening) • Pay: $18–$25/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for raises and bonuses ⸻ 🚗 Requirements • Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record • Reliable car for errands • Based near West LA / Mid-Wilshire / Larchmont • Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly • Friendly, dependable, and trustworthy • Comfortable with light meal prep and home/work-related tasks • Available to start soon ⸻ 💫 Ideal For Someone Who… • Enjoys supporting a creative professional with a dynamic schedule • Is organized, proactive, and adaptable • Feels comfortable working independently and multitasking • Brings positivity, patience, and professionalism • Likes variety — one day might involve organizing costumes, another managing errands or recording behind-the-scenes moments • Loves helping things run smoothly for someone juggling a lot of moving parts ⸻ 💌 To Apply Please email the following: 1.
