Clearwater Construction company looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team! (on-site only) Responsibilities: Data-entry Filing Billing Assist with payroll entry Software- Microsoft office, Excel - utilizing and creating basic weekly spreadsheets - QuickBooks experience Schedule: 4-8 hours a week Wednesday 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm (preferred) One full 8-hour day at End of Month $18/hr (long term position)
