About Us We are a Fashion Apparel company based in San Diego, looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves online selling platforms, understands social media, and wants to help grow a brand from the ground up. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Sans and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. From digital campaigns and email marketing to packaging and printed materials, you’ll help shape how our customers experience Sans every day. This role is critical as we scale—ensuring our design system is cohesive, impactful, and elevated across channels. Responsibilities Design and produce digital assets including emails, ads, social graphics, and web content that are on-brand and performance-driven. Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals. Support packaging design, from ideation through production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Create printed materials (inserts, retail collateral, campaign pieces) that extend the Sans brand offline. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all creative. Manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements 3–5 years of design experience, ideally within consumer brands or agencies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, with an eye for detail and brand storytelling. Experience designing for email, paid media, and packaging. Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives. Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team. Low ego, high ownership operator who thrives in fast moving, ambiguous environments. Bonus points for a background in hardware plus consumables, subscription models, international DTC launches or retail media.
