Requirements Experience: A minimum of 14 years of comprehensive professional experience in overseeing facilities design or orchestrating capital projects, which involves managing the complete design process, contract administration, cost estimations, and scheduling activities. Education: A diploma from an accredited college or university, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering. (A Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering is preferred) License: Possession of a current Certificate of Registration as an Architect issued by the California State Architectural Board or as a Professional Engineer from the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
