SMC Sublease

Sublease available from December 20, 2025 (can be earlier) to June 20, 2026. Renewal possible after expiration (you sign contract with me and also with landlord). Basic furniture included (chair, bed frame, mattress, cabinet, etc.). Roommates are one male and one female (both very nice). Gender is not an issue (if you're female, I can give you some body lotion, cosmetics, etc.). 15-minute walk to school, passing Whole Foods and Pico Bruin Library. Across from the apartment entrance is Starbucks and Dollar Tree, very convenient. There's also a park behind the complex. Trader Joe's is to the west; beyond Trader Joe's there's a Japanese supermarket, extremely convenient. Bus line 7 stops right at the apartment entrance, convenient for going to school and also provides direct access to Santa Monica Beach. On-site laundry room and parking available. Rent is around $1,285 per month, including all utilities (water and electricity). Subleasing because I'm returning to my home country😢 Message me if interested
