$800 Room for Rent (Auburn,Ca)

I am a 48 year old Male. I have 2 dog's. I might consider a Small dog ,if they get along. I have 1 room for rent. The room will be available November 1st. 2025. I have At&t internet, DirecTV, washer and dryer. You will have your own bathroom across from your room. I don't have a garage or shed,only a spare room that you could store belongings in. I live on 7 acres with other family members in different houses. I live close to the Newcastle area. About 10 minutes from the freeway. It's a peaceful environment here. I do smoke cigarettes, but only outside. $800 Monthly, a $200 Deposit. That Does include all utilities!! No couples. Must have a full time job!! No working from home!!
