Hello, we are looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom house in West Side Costa Mesa. We are one guy and one girl in our 20's/30's, active and usually out and about on weekends. The house and bedroom are about typical sized for the area, the room is about 10'X10' with a decent sized closet. The backyard is huge and has plenty of space. There is a washer/dryer in the garage and the room has its own AC/Heating. The location is excellent, right on the border to Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach is a quick 10 minute bike ride down the river trail. Rent is $950 per month with a $950 deposit. Rent includes internet/WiFi and utilities. The room is available 10/11 but we are taking our time to make sure we find someone who will be the right fit.
