$925 Private Room/Private Bath in a great area in SE! (Portland)

The house is big, so we hardly ever ran into each other. I'm not into drama, so I look for people who share the same outlook, pick up after themselves, considerate, and pitches in on the cleaning. Looking for someone who realized that they aren't just renting a room, but share the house. Usually, there are four housemates in all, not including me. I travel back and forth from California. I have a small, Jack Russell dog that travels with me. No other pets, please. Very convenient location, only three blocks from Laurelhurst Park and walking distance to 28th’s Restaurant Row. Washer/dryer on site. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. No smoking (of any kind!) in the house. I ask for first and last month's rent and at lease a 6 month commitment - after that, it's month to month. If that appeals to you, please respond and tell me a little about yourself!
