Tall-ceilings, storage space above the closet also. Looong closet (8 ft) with pocket door, Rents for $900, + utilities (electricity, Wifi, gas) which hover between $60-$130 depending on the time of year. Can come with a full-sized bed + mattress Room has a ceiling fan with light. Perfect location to get to mid-town, Amtrak station, etc. Can come with a full-sized bed so all you need to bring in are your clothes! Current roommates: K- 42 years old, gay male. Extroverted tendencies but lowkey. Occasionally have friends over for dinner/movie nights but otherwise relax at home and read, chill in the bedroom or living room.
