ISO Roommate to take over my current roommate's portion of the lease by November 1st. Apartment is located in a safe, quiet area in South Asheville at Hawthorne South off of Hendersonville Rd. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. Amenities include: 2 Dog Parks Swimming pool Workout facility Washer & Dryer Dishwasher Central air You will get the master bedroom. (Pictured below) Very spacious with great lighting. Rent is $900 plus utilities. (Wifi $50 each and electric averages $80 each) NO DEPOSIT required. $65 application fee and move in for $900. (Rent includes rental insurance) You will need to sign a year lease and be approved by the rental office and fill out a roommate addendum to take over roommate's portion of the lease. My ideal roommate is a mature, tidy, low-key, financially stable person who pays rent and bills on time. I'm not overly anal, but I DO like to keep common areas tidy. 420 friendly but no hard drugs.
