Includes all utils., wireless wifi, no cable (waste of money) Small exercise room in the basement - finished off. Custom Sauna (pay as you go if you want to use it) Front & back porches. Laundry on same floor - full use of the kitchen, too. Prefer a male, but would consider a 'cool female'. (sorry, not gay, just used to dealing with male energy - do it all day long at work)
