Good for walkers and runners; students, people with home office; lots of trees, people walking their dogs, near inter-urban bike trail, shopping and transportation lines. 2 large windows provide good light and cross-ventilation. Furniture not included. House includes large kitchen, backyard, living room with cable tv, dining room, basement with some storage. We have two friendly house-trained cats, as well. House interests are music - guitar, piano, electronic drums (played in headphone) audio, football and basketball, and occasional shared dinners/home-cooked meals. For the most part we do our own thing. No late night parties or frequent house guests. Wifi included. Please be employed and have references.
