$800 Large Loft for rent (Pioneer)

The loft is spacious and furnished with 2 queen size beds. Shared frig for 2 people in spacious kitchen. Pool table. Living space is shared with 40 inch HD TV, leather couch, love seat and easy chair. This is 3 bedroom 3 bath house in upper pioneer next to highway 88. The weather is 90% sunny. We get snow 2-3 times a year. Beautiful!!! Roads are plowed. If you are an outdoorsy person then this is a great place. We do a lot of snow skiing/boarding, nature watching, wine tasting, motorcycle and ATV riding, hunting, kayaking, hiking and biking. We are 1 hour from Tahoe and 2.5 hours from San Francisco and about an hour from Sacramento. This is a very chill place as all previous tenants have expressed. Call Marcus at show contact info
