SPACE FOR RENT: I have a beautiful light filled 12x12 room I’m looking to rent out as a space for someone such as a massage therapist (or another professional along those lines etc). The space has windows on three sides with a serene view of the backyard, a separate entrance accessed from the back of my home, and access to a bathroom. It’s a blank canvas and I’m willing to work with someone to help make it fit their needs. It does have access to the rest of my basement. Will use curtains to block view of the rest of my finished basement.
