Join other female professionals. Private bedroom includes use of the whole house and yard. Rent includes all ... you work hard and this is well worth it. Quiet neighborhood, 420 friendly, but no cigarettes on the property. The house is professionally cleaned every week, including bedrooms, and is spotless. Everything is big in this house, fitting the late Victorian era of large, extended family homes rather than the smaller cramped homes built for nuclear families today. It is furnished with large attic space for storage. This room has a large walk-in closet and a nice Laura Ashley bedroom set with an antique full size brass bed. New person fell through so spot open now for mid-October or Nov. 1 A good fit is employed and female, 40+, (just saying), great for Bay State employees, a 7 minute walk to work. We don't socialize much, but we share dinner now and then and room for everyone at the table on holidays if they're around. Current residents are long term and we are looking for a long term nester. Residents are asked to keep a tidy bedroom and pick up after yourself in common areas, simple courtesies. One cat and a fish in residence, open to other smallish pets.
