Looking for a housemate: Amazing 2000 Sq foot home located in SE on 1/3 acre private property. We are seeking a new housemate to join our current 3 person household starting Nov 1st. The room is comfortably large in our sunny South facing home. The room is in the basement/westside of the house, facing the side yard. Natural light throughout the day. Nice sized closet. Private bathroom. The living room is a huge open concept with adjoining dining area. It has expansive South facing windows - we love our plants. Amazing natural light pours inside all day long. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space, storage and adjacent dining room. The basement has included washer + dryer. Basement has concrete floors and a second bathroom is located near the available bedroom space. There is a big, private 1/3 acre yard with tons of garden space. Current roommates: We like to keep things homey and relaxed most of the time. We try to keep things tidy around the house, and we have a housekeeper who comes in twice a month to help maintain shared spaces - kitchen and bathrooms primarily. You: Someone who is kind who wants to help maintain a feeling of welcoming and comfort in our home. Likes to share meals on occasion, pays bills on time, is an open communicator, and is courteous of peoples' boundaries.
